In return:
We do not accept any products in return without an agreement. The products shall be un-used and sent in original packing. In general the deduction for material is 25%. Enclose a note with the reason for the return and with whom you have made the agreement. Put a copy of the invoice in the box.
Service:
Contact us before you send any units to us for service, it will help us to plan the work and to give you a better and faster service.
If the product have been used, we will be most grateful if you could clean it before sending it to us, thank you. Enclose a note with information of the billing address and delivery address. Also write some lines describing the fault or which kind of service you would like us to do.
The freight cost will be on your account.
